For a leading European foreign exchange bureau operator, we scoped and architected a digital card and digital channel offering to augment their existing business. Additionally, we down-selected key vendors and provided a highly granular business case that they could use to socialise internally to Executives and their Board.
We also provide assessment of your current program and outline what is going well and what could be improved. Additionally, we can lead or augment any contract negotiation or renegotiation.
After determining the desire of the PSP and understanding the capability of the BIN sponsor, we realised there was misalignment. The best way to help solve for this was for us to integrate the BIN sponsor and the PSP to our proprietary middleware platform. We were able to enhance and improve the functionality of the BIN sponsor’s offering by customising the middleware and enabling desired workflows through the rules engine of our payment orchestration layer. Once the work was completed (across 45 days), the PSP was enabled to act as an aggregator and efficiently onboard and service down-market clients, travel management companies and the anchor enterprise client in an operationally-scalable manner that the BIN sponsor could not do itself.
We can provide introductions, connecting you with the relevant partners, be it a principal member for BIN sponsorship or Payfac registration, a provider to power your FX and international payables and receivables operations, or a safeguard/escrow/settlement account, and we can support you during any step of the negotiation process.
For a global receivables-management company that provides payment processing, data management services and credit lines for B2B transactions, we helped them in two ways:
Two entrepreneurs engaged us to architect the capability required to support a B2B proposition for tradesmen / contractors / labourers that would include a credit card and BNPL offering.
We determined the best thing to do initially was to perform a feasibility study. We conducted a market scan and managed a detailed market study, conducted through one of our partners, to qualitatively assess the proposition by running interviews with tradesmen in identified markets. The representative cohort confirmed that the proposition was an interesting idea, but given market conditions being so favourable for them, they were in great financial shape and what was being proposed had little to no appeal for them.
The recommendation to not proceed further with the initiative was made which saved ~$1M in seed capital the entrepreneurs were initially willing to invest.
Capability X can connect to any platform via APIs or file imports, be it a blockchain platform, a logistics platform, an ERP, an issuing or acquiring platform, a real-time ACH or bank transfer platform and any funding source.
An integrated Australian agricultural company that specialises in carbon, regenerative agriculture and premium value-added beef and lamb, were seeking to automate their accounts payable process. Over the course of two months, we found a virtual card issuer, enabled a merchant of record solution, leveraged our proprietary closed-loop B2B marketplace to enrol the buyer’s suppliers, and crafted a series of event-based triggers to automate the payments to the suppliers based on the buyer’s trading terms and cashflow optimisation requirements.
